In San Diego's highly competitive and ever-evolving restaurant scene, I was faced with the invigorating challenge of making The Blind Burro truly stand out from the crowd. Recognizing the importance of visual appeal in attracting and engaging diners, we embarked on a journey to transform the walls of our restaurant into captivating works of art that would transport our patrons to the vibrant streets of Mexico.

Menu Design
With the updated environmental design, we chose to update the menu to encapsulate the new look and feeling of The Blind Burro, focusing more on the color and style. In the old menu the focus was on defining less commonly known elements in each dish and explaining the cuisine style. In the redesign we decided to make these elements secondary. Focusing more on bight colors and textures, calling out the highly acclaimed dishes (using a yellow color to highlight them).
